CONSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURE
NBF is a Section 8 Company Limited By Guarantee registered under the Companies Act. In the event of liquidation if liabilities exceed assets then each member will have to contribute for the shortfall but only upto an amount of Rs 5000/.
NBF has Exemption u/s 12 of the Income Tax Act and is currently awaiting approval u/s Sec 80 G of Income Tax Act .
- Membership Fees: One Time INR 1 Lakh with Annual Membership Fees which will be nominal and will be decided by the Board of Directors and approved by the members from time to time.
- Admission as member is at the sole discretion of the Board Of Directors based on the recommendation of the Membership Committee whose decision in this matter shall be final in this matter.
